NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2025

Members & guests are invited to attend the association's Annual General Meeting which will be held at 4.30pm on 21st November 2025.  

Please note the AGM is a free event, whereas the subsequent End of Year event from 5.30pm is paid ticketing only.

The AGM agenda will include:

  • President’s Report on 2025 highlights, achievements & strategy
  • Treasurer’s Report & presentation of the 2025 annual financial statements for the year ended 30th September 2025
  • Election / re-election of committee members (please note all committee positions are currently filled, however expressions of interest are always welcome) & 
  • Other procedural matters in line with the association's constitution.

The AGM will be followed by our End of Year Event starting at 5:30pm in the Evermore restaurant. This event will include a 2 course sit down meal, all drinks and entertainment.  Tickets for this paid event are available via the link in our email earlier today, or via www.ftchamber.com.au
