  NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2026

  Members & guests are invited to attend the association's Annual General Meeting which will be held on

  5.30pm on Wednesday 25th November 2026  at

  The Green Room, Evermore Bruce Street Forster NSW.

  Please note the AGM is a free event, however registrations (via the website) are essential.

  The AGM agenda follows:

  • President’s Report on FY2026 highlights, achievements & forward strategy;
  • Treasurer’s Report & presentation of the annual financial statements for the year ended 30th September 2026;
  • Election / re-election of committee members.  Under the constitution, the association has 7 committee positions including executive positions.  These positions will be declared vacant at the AGM.  Nominations have been received for all 7 committee positions.  If you would also like to nominate for a committee position or alternatively assist in a volunteer capacity, expressions of interest are always welcome.  Please contact Marcus Hunt or Jessica Gray to discuss or nominate.  Any nominations must be in writing and received no later than 7 days before the AGM;
  • Other procedural matters in line with the association's constitution.

  Christmas Party | Barefoot Cocktail

  Trade your work shoes for bare feet and join us at Main Beach Surf Club on Thursday 3 December for a Christmas celebration with a little seaside sparkle.

  Expect stand-up canapés, a cocktail special, a clown performance and plenty of room for barefoot dancing. We’re also hoping to bring a DJ into the mix to keep the party going.

  Most of all, this is our chance to say thank you. We’ve kicked some incredible goals together this year and were once again named Regional Best Chamber. Now it’s time to celebrate the people who made it happen.

  Dress code: Barefoot cocktail — a little glitz, a little beach, and shoes optional.
